Welcome to our Online Store. We just started adding items to it and we have many more to come so
Our Flurry Clownfish is an attractive designer clownfish that is a cross between our Wyoming White Clownfish (A.ocellaris) and our Ultra Snowflake Ocellaris (also A. ocellaris). They are similar to our Frostbite Clownfish, but our flurry Clownfish are either pure white or have only a few black spots. They have more orange coloration in the fins compared to Wyoming Whites that will develop all black fins. Also, many of our Flurry Clownfish have pearly eyes (see pictures).

Temperament & Captive Care:
The temperament and captive care requirements for Flurry Clownfish are very similar to that of the regular Ocellaris Clownfish. It is relatively peaceful and hardy. They thrive in saltwater aquariums with or without an anemone present.
Feeding:
Most clownfish are omnivorous feeders, meaning that they will consume a variety of different food types. In nature the diet of clownfish consists of crustaceans (such as copepods and amphipods), algae, polychaete worms and leftovers from the anemone’s meal. Our captive bred fish are conditioned to eat a variety of aquarium diets including pellets, flake food, frozen Mysis shrimp, and frozen brine shrimp.
Natural Host Anemones:
In their natural environment ocellaris clownfish will host in Magnificent Sea Anemone (Heteractis magnifica), Giant Carpet Sea Anemone (Stichodactyla gigantean) and Merten's Carpet Sea Anemone (Stichodactyla mertensii).
Aquarium Host Anemones:
Clownfish do not require host anemones to survive or thrive. However, in most cases they will readily accept them. Ocellaris will accept a wide variety of host anemones and many hobbyists keep Ocellaris clownfish with the popular and hardy Bubble Tip Anemone (Entacmaea quadricolor).
We proudly stock and sell captive bred clownfish from Sea & Reef Aquaculture. We believe in captive breeding to help maintain our oceans and to provided quality and healthy ornamental fish.
